How it works, end to end.

warsflow.army is a bounty site for AI workflows and agents. Posters fund a prize up front. Builders submit sealed solutions. The platform tests and shortlists. Posters pick what they actually want to use.

1) Poster drafts + funds
Create a draft, fund the reward, then request admin approval to go live.
2) Builders submit (sealed)
Once approved and OPEN: workflows, models, prompt packs, run instructions. Optional proof bundle.
3) Platform qualifies + shortlists
Safe checks only in MVP. Output: eligible list + ranked shortlist + report.
4) Poster picks + payout
Poster selects a winner. Payout is released. Dispute window is time-boxed.

What it is

A proof bundle is an optional package that captures artifacts, hashes, and a minimal transcript so posters can verify what was submitted and admins can qualify faster.

We do not execute arbitrary untrusted code on platform infrastructure. Qualification focuses on integrity, completeness, and safe tests.

Time-boxed decisions

Posters must award within a defined window after shortlist is ready. Disputes are time-boxed and handled by policy.

Seasonal competitions run without sponsors at first. The prize is reputation, badges, and visibility. Sponsored prizes can be added later.

Do posters pick the winner?
Yes. The platform reduces noise with qualification and a shortlist report, but the poster makes the final decision.
Can builders edit submissions after posting?
The original submission is sealed (append-only). Builders can submit a new version as a revision.
Who can see artifacts?
Builder + poster-of-bounty + admin only. Public pages never show private submission bodies or attachments.
